Return Policy: We'll fix it, Fast

Place a return

We want you to love shoes, socks, bags or other items you ordered from the site! If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your goods for refund.We accept the return of unworn goods * for up to 90 days from the day the order was delivered. We suggest trying on shoes indoors to make sure they fit and is to your liking before you use them outside.

If you experience any defects in workmanship, we will gladly replace the product - no questions asked. We are proud to bring you the best quality products and we stand behind them 100%. Please contact customer service for replacement of a defective product.

Items marked as Final Sale is not eligible to be returned.

Returns - continental US

Customers in the continental United States are eligible for free return shipping. We provide you with a prepaid UPS label to make navigation a snap. To complete your return:

Log in to your account. Do not have an account? See Returns - continental US

Click on "Order" on the left side.

To see each of the packages delivered, click the order number.

Locate the shipment contains the item you want to return, then click "Return product (s)".

Select the check box (es) next to the item (s) you want to return and click Continue.

Select a reason for the return and click Create Return.

Click on "Print Label" to write your Return Confirmation page and return label immediately, or select "Email Label" if you prefer to print at a later date. Include Return confirmation page package for faster processing.

Attach the return label to your package and leave it at the nearest UPS location.

We offer free shipping on just direct exchange. Note that all other returns will incur a $ 6.95 fee. For direct exchange: add a return slip when requesting a label with the new size and color you want to try in return. We will honor your request for exchange the same style in a different size and / or color.

Returns - All other locations

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO and FPO and all other locations outside the continental United States are responsible for return shipping. You can use the carrier of your choice, but we recommend that you use a service that provides tracking. You are responsible for the goods until our warehouse acknowledge receipt. * We define unused goods which are in mint condition, still contains the original tags and in the original packaging. Return will not be accepted if the item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or not in the same condition it was received. All original packaging and materials - including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs and other materials in the original shipment - must be returned with your merchandise.
